9. The ground sign is to reduced in height such that the
soffit of the roof element on the sign aligns with the
height of the soffit on the adjacent "Coco's" Restaurant
building. The sign width is to be reduced to reflect
the appropriate proportions subject to staff approval at
the building permit level.
