MONUMENT SIGN FOR A COMMERCIAL BUILDING

The Architectural end Site Approval Committee finds as follows
with respect to this application:
1. That the proposed sign criteria is consistent with the
City of Cupertimo's Sign Ordinance No. 746.
1-7~ Architectural and Site Aprpoval Standard Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event o conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
B. That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits
F-1° F-2, F-3 and F-4 of this application except as may
be amended by conditions contained herein.
9~ The color of the sign base shall match the color of the
building. The background color may remain white.
10. The sign logo shall be limited to the name of the
company only. The additional logo "Life: Health, Auto,
Home, Retirement" shall be eliminated.
11- The street address number shall be included on the sign.

City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll
