the extent that they do not conflict with the special
conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply~

amended by special conditions contained herein.

either slump -block masonry material similar to the
exterior of the building which the sign identifies; or
may be modified to use of heavy columns, the final
configuration of which shall be subject to staff
approval at the building permit l2vel.
�0~ The subjoct sign may be illuminated by external
spotlights provided that such units are designed for
below -grade, in -ground mounting and conform with the
restrictions on intensity of illumination provided in
Section 7.07 of Ordinance No. 746.
