RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN
EXISTING MULTI -TENANT COMMERCIAL CENTER.

FINDING:
The subject sign program'is consistent with criteria specified in Sign -Ordinance
No. 746.
CONDITION OF APPROVAL:
1-7. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
8. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F-3 and F-4 of this
application except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
• 9. The ground sign portrayed in Exhibit F-3 shall be modified in the following
manner:
IIV
a. Background color - ivory for all tenants.
b. Lettering color - a very limited range of dark blue tones for all tenants.
C. Maximum overall height = 6 ft.
10. ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require correction
of any off -site lighting impacts for signs approved under this application.
11. The ground sign location shall be in accordance with the staff's letter to
Cal -Coast Signs dated November 5, 1980.
12. Building -mounted signs are not a part of this sign program approval.,
