RESOLUTION NO. 964
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, REQUESTING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, LIGHTING AND
APPROVING SIGNING FOR A 19-UNIT TOWNHOUSE PROJECT.
PROPERTY OWNER: Far West Savings and Loan Association (Formerly State Mutual)

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Northwest corner - Finch and Craft, Cupertino, CA 95014
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approvals granted under
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2136.
Conditions of Approval:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event
a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall
• apply.

9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-1, B-6, B-7, E-2,
F and Informational of Application HC-51,487.1 except as may be amended by
special conditions contained herein.
10. The site plan shall be modified to depict a 5 ft. width for the Finch
Avenue public sidewalk, thus increasing the planting area by the street
curb or near the building. The precise sidewalk placement shall be designed
in conjunction with the adjoining savings and loan development plans.
11. The design of rear elevations of Units 14 and 15 shall be reviewed for
potential mitigation measures to relieve off -site privacy impacts.
12. ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require
correction of any off -site lighting impacts for lighting fixtures approved
under this application.
