RESOLUTION NO. 962
OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, RECOIMENDING APPROVAL OF
A PROPOSED EXCEPTION TO THE ALLARIO SFOPPING CENTER
SIGN PROGRAM.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southwest corner of De Anza Boulevard and Rodriques
FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the applicant would suffer an unnecessary hardship if this sign
exception was denied.
2. The applicant's minimal corporate franchise identity of red lettering can
be accommodated without violating the aesthetic consideration of this
community.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard. Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of this application
except as may be amended by special conditions contained herein.
10. ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require correction
of any off -site lighting impacts for the sign approved under this application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1980, at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
