OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO'A
'SIGN PROGRAM FOR MINOR TENANTS OF THE PLAZA'DEL ORO SHOPPING
CENTER. ` '

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of the intersection of Alves Dr.

FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as .follows with respect to
this application.
1. That the approved sign program is consistent with the intent of Sign Ordinance
No. 746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibit F-3 lst Revision except
as may be amended by conditions contained herein.
10. Approvals granted under this application shall supercede the minor
tenant sign program previously established for this shopping center
(as depicted in Exhibit F-3).
11. The maximum sign length shall be determined by size limitations expressed
in Ordinance No. 746.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of July, 1980, at the regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
