FINDING:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approvals granted under
Planning Commission Resolution No. 2052.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that
they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In
the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated
herein shall apply.
® 9: The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and C of
Application HC-51,403.4 except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.

10. The handicap ramp location and details shall be provided at the building
permit level.
11. The final landscape plan shall be subject to informal ASAC review.
12. Signing is continued to a date uncertain.
13. ASAC or its staff shall retain the authority to review and require
correction of any off -site lighting impacts for lighting fixtures
approved under this application.
