OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPING, LIGHTING AND APPROVING
A SIGN PROGRAM FOR A"PROPOSED 7,000 SQ. FT. BUILDING.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY: Southeast corner of Homestead and Stelling, Cupertino
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with
respect to this application.
1. That the proposed development is consistent with approvals granted
under Planning Commission Resolution No. 1695.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated
herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions
as enumerated herein shall apply.
9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, and C
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. Prior to the release of a certificate of occupancy, existing lands-
caping on this site shall be rejuvenated as needed, subject to staff
approval.
11. Signing for the subject building shall be consistent with the existing
sign program established for the adjacent Thornwood Associates shops
(Application HC-51,520.1).
12. Building soffit lighting is approved.
13. Planting areas shall be installed between each building entrance
on the northerly elevation, subject to staff approval.
