OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS TO AN EXISTING
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL FACILITY TO ACCOMMODATE MECHANICAL
EQUIPMENT IN A PARKING LOT AREA.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as fol-lows with
respect to this application:
1. That the elimination of 11 parking spaces to accommodate the
equipment screen will not adversely affect the required parking
ratio.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8. Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the
® extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
enumerated herein. In the event that a conflict does exist,
the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.

9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A and B
of this application except as may be amended by special conditions
contained herein.
10. The metal louvers of the screen shall be painted to match the
building's slumpstone color.
11. The extensive parking lot layout revisions depicted on Exhibit A
are not approved at the present time.
12. The height of the screen shall be sufficient to preclude public
visibility of the mechanical equipment placed behind it.
