OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A SIGN PROGRAM
FOR A NEW OFFICE BUILDING COMPLEX.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with respect to
this application:
1. That subject sign program is consistent with provisions contained in Ordinance
746.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1-8.- Architectural and Site Approval Standard Conditions to the extent that they
do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the
event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein
shall apply.
® 9. The recommendation of approval is based upon Exhibits F and F-1 of this
application except as may be amened by special conditions contained herein.
10. Thewooden entrance sign depicted in Exhibit F shall be reduced in size to
approximately 2 X 2 ft.
11, The Architectural and Site Approval Committee or its staff shall retain the
authority to review and require correction of off -site light intensity
impacts for any sign approved under this application.
12. Staff is authorized to approve a compatible sign program for Building C.
