1) The proposed landscape plan fulfills Planning Commission Resolution
2744, Condition 20.
2) The plan, as amended, is consistent with the intent of Landscaping
Guidelines for the North De Anza Conceptual Plan.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The recmmendation of approval is based upon Exhibits A-3, B-1, B-2,
L-1, Ir2, L-3, Info 2, and Info 3 except as amended by conditions
below.
10) Final landscape construction drawings shall be submitted to and
approved by staff prior to installation.
11) A public access easement shall be recorded over the De Anza
Boulevard sidewalk and the portion of the Bandley Drive sidewalk
located on private property. The easement shall be approved by the
Public Works Department prior to issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
12) Approximately 5 feet of additional turf shall be incorporated on the
west side of the le.Anza Boulevard sidewalk. The width of the North
Courtyard shall be reduced to accommodate the modification. Final
design shall be approved by staff.
