PROPERTY OWNER: Kenneth Frangadakis APPLICANT: Daryl Fazekas ADDRESS: 21710 Stevens Creek Boulevard, #120 Cupertino, California 95014 LOCATION: 10601 south De Anza Boulevard on the west side of De Anza Boulevard,' approximately 200 feet north of Kizwin Lane. 1:01000te� 1) The proposal represents improvements in landscaping, signage, and exterior treatment to the offices complex. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibits A-1, B-1, B-2, C-1, and F-1 of Application ASAC 51,682.1 except as may be amended by conditions below. 10) The .applicant shall install a 5' wide landscape planter along the northern property line. Selection of trees, shrubs, and vines subject to staff approval. A final landscape plan shall be submitted prior to issuance of building permits for the awnings. 11) Pyrus Kawakamii or Pistacia Chinensis shall replace the Cumonia Capensis as street trees. Location and size shall be as depicted for the Cumania on Exhibit C-1. 12) The color of the roof equipment screens shall match the approved color for the building stucco. 13) The approved colored palette,is as follows: a. Stucco -Light Gray b. Canvas Awnings -Cool Gray c. Doors and Trim -White 14) The approved colors for signage are as follows: a.
