THE ARCEILTECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPER'IAINO APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING RETAIL BUILDING.

LOCATION: N/W Corner, Stevens Creek Blvd and Blaney Avenue
1) The proposed sign program is consistent with the intent of
Cupertino Municipal Code Title 17.24 regarding signs for
Commercial establishments.
2) The use of two building mounted signs in addition to ground sign
identification is authorized to facility public convenience in
locating building entries which are obscure relative to
orientation of adjacent public streets, and which are not easily
identified due to presence of extensive street frontage
landscaping.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits F-1 and Info 1 of Application
ASAC 51,681.1
10) All existing window signs shall be removed prior to or
concurrently with installation of new signs.
11) Final colors of window signs shall be approved by staff prior to
installation.
PASSED AND ADOPIED this 27th day of October, 1986, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
