Reso 1242ASAC 51,680.1 171 Ul RESOLUTION NO. 1242 THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR AN EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING PROPERTY OWNER: Jan DeCarli APPLICANT: Robin Wood ADDRESS: 1876 Prospect Road, Cupertino, CA 95014 LOCATION: 21710 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, CA 95014 1101000teC 1) The sign program is consistent with the intent of the Cupertino Sign Ordinance and with the standards listed in Section 11 of the Monta Vista Design Guidelines. 2) The second building mounted sign will provide additional convenience in identifying the building as the fronts on two streets. Further, the sign's size and design is unobtrusive and compatible with the aesthetics of the structure. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approved is based upon Exhibits F-1 and F-2 of Application ASAC 51,680.1. 10) The existing tenant sign located on the north side of the building shall be removed prior to issuance of building permits.
