Reso 1239ASAC 51,676.1 RESOLUTION NO. 1239 THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR Is AN EXISTING BANK. APPLICANT: Delta Signs by Tom Harris ADDRESS: 2269 Miner Avenue Stockton, CA 95205 LOCATION: 10360 S. De Anza Boulevard 1WRION 1) The proposed sign program is consistent with the intent of Cupertino Municipal Code Title 17.24 regarding signs for Commercial establishments. 2) The use of two building mounted signs in addition to ground sign identification is authorized to facility public convenience in locating building entries which are obscure relative to orientation of adjacent public streets. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 1st/Revision and F-2 of Application ASAC 51,676. 10) All signs inconsistent with this approval shall be removed prior to or concurrently with installation of new signs. 11) The ground sign shall be modified to include the street address on both faces. Final design of the monument sign base shall be subject to staff approval with informal ASAC concurrence prior to installation.
