RESOLUTION NO. 1238
THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR A REMODELLED SANK.

FINDINGS:
The ASAC finds as follows with respect to this application:
1) The proposed sign program is consistent with the intent of Cupertino
Municipal Code Title 17.24 regarding signs for Commercial
establishments.
2) The use of three building mounted signs is authorized to facility
public convenience in locating building entries, and reflect the
unusual position of the building relative to three adjacent public
streets. The Committee also notes that no space is available for a
ground sign proximate to the building.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
® 9) The approval is based upon Exhibit F-1 of Application ASAC 51,677.1
except as may be modified by conditions enumerated below.
10) The approved signs are approved as non -illuminated devices per
Exhibit F-1. Should the bank operators desire to add external
illumination sources, said devices shall be subject to staff
approval with optional ASAC review.
11) Street address numbers shall be added to the doorway transom facing
De Anza Boulevard.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll -call vote:
