OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPE.'RTINO APPROVING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR
AN APPROVED OFFICE BUILDING.

LOCATION North side of Stevens Creek Boulevard,
approximately 200 ft. east of Randy Lane.
FINDINGS:
The ASAC finds as follows with respect to this application:
1) That the proposed use of a ground sign is consistent with the intent
of a Planned Development Sign Program although the site does not
meet the strict criteria for a ground sign:
a. A single ground. sign is preferable to building mounted signs
which may disrupt the design continuity of the structure.
b. Use of a ground sign is consistent with Planned Development
signage for other office buildings along the Stevens Creek
Boulevard corridor.
CONDITIONS:

1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein
in the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F of ASAC
51,672.1, except as may be amended by conditions specified herein.
10) The three temporary signs placed along the southern portion of the
building shall be removed prior to issuance of building permits.
11) The =m� of tenant signs is limited to three.

of the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll -call vote:
