1) The approved display of two (2) building mounted sign exceeds the
limitations on Commercial wall signs described in Sign Code Section
17.24.050. The additional sign is justified since the site supports
two distinct business entities and public convenience will be served
through identification of each.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with. the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The approval is based on Exhibits C-1, F and F-1 of ASAC 51,666.1,
except as may be amended by conditions specified herein.
10 A maximum of two wall -mounted sig
ns shall be allowed for the subject
site, both of which may be mounted on the west wall of the
building. Colors and general appearance of the wall signs shall be
similar to those depicted on Exhibit F-1, subject to staff approval.
11) All existing non -conforming signs and all signs installed without
Permits shall be removed from the site before installation of new
signs authorized under this Resolution.
12) The freestanding sign depicted on Exhibit F shall be reduced to a
maximum height of six (6) feet, and shall not exceed 80 sq. ft. per
face in area each for the two message surfaces, and shall be
modified to include a street address number.
13) The landscaped area depicted on Exhibit C-1 shall be served by a
built-in irrigation system. Said system may be automatically
controlled at the applicant's option.
