LANDSCAPING FOR AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL CENTER AS
to PART OF THE APPROVED SIGN PROGRAM

LOCATION: N/W Corner of Saratoga Sunnyvale Road and Prospect Road
1) The proposed landscape plan fulfills the intent of Condition 17 of
ASAC Resolution No. 1012.
2) In approving the subject application, the Committee finds that the
Landscaping standards for the South Saratoga Sunnyvale Road
Conceptual Plan are inapplicable, since the subject application
completes only the implementation of previous conditions attached to
an approved Planned Development Sign Program.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
• shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit C-1 of ASAC
51,564.1, except as may be amended by conditions specified herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1986, at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
