MOUNTED SIGN FOR AN EXISTING SERVICE STATION.

FINDINGS:
1) The proposed wall sign, as amended by conditions specified herein,
exceeds the sign area and length limits specified in Section
17.24.060 of the Sign Code. However, the Committee recognizes the
continuity of the ARCO corporate sign program and the site's
location within a Planned Development zone in approving additional
sign area.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit F-1 of ASAC
51,665.1, except as may be amended by conditions specified herein.
10) Signing installed on the westerly elevation shall be dimensioned at
17.5 feet in length by 2.0 feet in width, beginning at the northwest
corner of the building. Signing installed on the North elevation
shall be dimensioned at 26.0 ft. in length by 2.0 feet in width, the
final configuration of which shall be subject to staff approval.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
