1) The proposed change of face affects an existing legal conforming
sign and is consistent with the provisions of Sign Code Section
17.24.090 regarding ground sign identification for Commercial
Centers.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A-1 and F-1 of
ASAC 51,667.1, except as may be amended by conditions specified
herein.
10) The existing freestanding sign shall be modified to include a street
address number display.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
