OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
APPLICANT'S REQUEST TO REMOVE A SPECIMEN TREE FROM
AN EXISTING RESIDENTIAL SITE.

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the specimen tree proposed for removal is protected under
existing Condition No. 8 of Architectural and Site Approval
Committee Resolution No. 614.
2) That removal of the specimen tree will have little direct public
impact because of its distance from a street or viewspace, and that
removal of said tree is essential to completion of outdoor living
area improvements for the health and benefit of.the applicant.
