Reso 1207RESOLUTION NO. 1207 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COTTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECCM0NDING APPROVAL AN ADDITION TO THE GARAGE OF AN EXISTING DUPLEX HOME. PROPERTY OWNER: James Boghosian APPLICANT: Steven Schaeffer ADDRESS: 10414 Lockwood Drive Cupertino, CA. 95014 LOCATION: Lockwood Drive, north of Alcalde Road. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the proposed addition is consitent with the architectural scale and materials of the existing structure, and complies with applicable setback requirements of the R-2 zoning district. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibits A-1, and B-1 of Application ASAC 51,649.1, except as may be amended by conditions • contained herein. 10) The approved addition of floor space in the attached garage shall be be designed and equipped in a manner which precludes its use as a third dwelling unit on the site; specifically, the floor area shall not contain plumbing or kitchen fixtures designed to facilitate use of the space as living quarters.
