OF THE CITY OF CUPERI'INO RECOMY1ENDING APPROVAL LANDSCAPING
AND THE COIAR,M=:ZIAL PALETTE FOR AN SIX UNIT RESIDENTIAL
COMPM APPROVED UNDER USE PERMIT 44 U-85.

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the proposed landscape plan and materials palette, as amended
by conditions specified herein, satisfies the intent of conditions
of approval contained in Planning Commission Resolution 2760.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recc mtendation of approval is based on Exhibits A-1, B-1 and C-1
of Application 44 U-85 except as may be amended by conditions
contained herein.
10) The proposed Pyrus Kawakami on the south boundary of Lots 1 and 2
shall be changed to an alternate tree variety which satisfies the
growth characteristics required in Condition 23 (iii) of 44 U-85.
Said trees shall be installed as 24" box specimens, and shall be
subject to approval by the adjoining single-family home owners prior
to installation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of April, 1986, at a Regular Meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll -call vote:
