FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Cmmnittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) That the proposed freestanding sign conforms to the dimensional
requirements for Commercial use areas prescribed in Section
17.24.090 of the Sign Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The reccmmendation of approval is based on Exhibits F 1st Revision,
F-2 1st Revision and F-3 1st Revision of Application ASAC 51,647.1,
and C-1 1st Revision of 4 U-86, except as may be amended by
conditions specified in this Resolution.
• 10) Final location of all "CA" -type directional signs shall be subject
to review and approval of the City Traffic Engineer prior to
issuance of installation permits.
11) Sign type "IB" shall be located as generally depicted on Exhibit C-1
1st Rev. of 4 U-86, and shall be limited to a max;mum, height above
average adjoining finished top of curb elevation of 63 inches.
12) All lighting fixtures for external sign illwminmation shall be
Placed below adjoining grade, except as may be otherwise authorized
by the Director of Planning and Development.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
