FINDINGS
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject application:
1) That the approved storefront, .while departing from the more
traditional materials and shapes apparent on other tenant spaces
within the complex, will encourage subsequent remodeling of the
center to reflect a more contemporary character consistent with
redevelopment of the City's Commercial Core Area.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein..
In the event of conflict, the . specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
® 9) The recommendation of approval . is based on Exhibit B-1 of
Application ASAC 51,637.1, except as may be amended by conditions
specified herein.
10) Display of a wall mounted tenant sign shall conform to the sign
program criteria approved by the Architectural and Site Approval
Committee Application HC 51,015.22.
11) Final approval of the color/material palette shall be subject to
ASAC review prior to application for building permits.
