FINDINGS
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to the subject pplication:
1) That the approved ground sign is consistent with the dimensional
limitations fo such signs prescribed by Ordinance 746.
CONDITI!PN5:
1-8) Standard. Architectural and Site Approval Conditions to the extent
that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
in the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein
shall prevail.
9) The recommendation of approval 'is based on Exhibit F-1 of
Application ASAC 51,637.1, except as may be amended by conditions
specified herein.
10). Limited display of wall mounted tennant signs may be allowed at a
future time, subject to prior approval of criteria for such signs by
the -Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
