FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed ground sign is generally consistent with the provisions
of section 17.24.070(c) of the Municipal Code.
2. The proposed ground sign effectively fits in with the existing
landscape feature at the corner of Portal Avenue and Stevens Creek
Boulevard.
3. The additional ground sign is a necessary locational feature for the
center.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee Conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon sign details exhibit, dated 10/28/88, of
Application ASAC 51,828.1 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated within.
10) The address of the shopping center shall be included on the new
sign.
11) Annuals shall be planted around the new sign.
12) The sign shall. not be located within the 40 foot sight distance
triangle.

the Architectural and Site Approval Ccmimittee of the City of Cupertino,
