OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO
A PLANNED DEVELOR4ENT SIGN PROGRAM FOR A COPMMCIAL
BUILDING.

PROTECT LOCATION: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Imperial Avenue
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed changes are consistent with Section 11(a) of the
Monta Vista Design Guidelines.
2. The Proposed changes are consistent with Sections 17.24.050 and
17.24.060 of the Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sign Details, dated January 1989, and
corresponding letter of Application ASAC-51,830.1 except as may be
amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) Tenant signs shall be wood, not to exceed three feet in height.
11) Above -canopy mounting technique shall be subject to approval at
the building permit stage.
12) Wood signs shall have a 2 inch wide wood trim border painted with
an accent color.

the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
