Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with Sections 17.24.070, 17.24.100, and 17.24.110 of the Mmicipal Code. 2. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the previously approved sign program (Resolution No. 1325).
