FINDINGS:
The Architectural. and Site Approval. Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed ground sign is consistent with Sections 17.24.070,
17.24.100, and 17.24.110 of the Mmicipal Code.
2. The proposed ground sign is consistent with the previously
approved sign program (Resolution No. 1325).

1-8) Stan Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
® 9) The approval is based upon F&hibit A-1 and F-1 of Application
ASAC-51,744.1 except as may be amended by Sign Details dated
October 14, 1988 of ASAC Application 51,831.1 or by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) The tenant panels may be changed assuming the dimensions, copy
size, and colors remain as shown on the approved exhibits. No new
panel may be installed without obtaining a sign permit from the
Building Department.
11) The existing ground sign shall be removed prior to or concurrently
with issuance of sign permits.
12) Me tenant panels may include a maximum of three tenant names,
inclusive of both sides of the sign.
