FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed awnings are compatible with existing architecture.
2) The proposed awnings are consistent with the provisions of Section
17.28.010 of the Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
• listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits dated 2/18/89 of Application
ASAC-51,840.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated
herein.
10) ASAC shall review any plans to illuminate the awnings.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
