OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECUZ1ENDING APPROVAL OF
EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS AND A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
SIGN PROGRAM FOR A SERVICE STATION

The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The modification to the ground sign is consistent with all previous
conditions of approval, and with the provisions of Section 17.24.080
of the Municipal Code.
2. The sign program is consistent with the provisions of Sections
17.24.270 and 17.24.290 of the Municipal Code.
is CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon materials board and Exhibits dated
2/16/89 of Application ASAC-51,841.1 except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) A maximum of three building mounted signs may be displayed
simultaneously; two 14 sq. ft. informational signs and one 9 sq.
ft. price sign.
11) Copy color palette shall be limited to black, white, yellow and
dark blue.
12. The address for the service station shall be included on the
ground sign.
13. The two foot deep metal building fascia shall be eliminated from
the plans.
14. The relocation of the air compressor and the new enclosure are not
a part of this approval.
