OF THE CITY OF CLTERTINO APPROVING A MODIFICATION
TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM

PROTECT LOCATION: Northeast corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and
Stelling Road
The Architectural and Site Approval Ccamnittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The change in sign face is consistent with the provisions of the
approved sign program.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Ccmnittee Conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sign Exhibits S-1 and S-2, revised
4/27/87 of Application ASAC 51,698.1 except as may be amended by
Conditions enumerated herein.
10) The approved face for the sign identified as FS-2 on the approved
exhibits is the national Chevrolet "Geo" line design.
PASSED AND. ADOPTED this 27th day of March, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
