Lee & Associates PROPEi !'Y OWNER: Shell Oil Cca pany APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 900 Larkspur Landing Circle, #125 Larkspur, California 94939 PROJECT LOCATION: 19990 Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Ca nittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1. The proposed signs are generally consistent with the provisions of Sections 17.24.080 and 17.24.090 of the Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Camdttee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based upon Sheets A-1 and A-2 (site plan and elevations) dated March 28, 1989 of Application ASAC-51,844.1 except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) The number of building mounted signs shall be limited to four signs located on the spandrels underneath the canopy. 11) All signage inconsistent with this approval shall be removed prior to issuance of building permits. 12) The address for the service station shall be displayed on the kiosk or the ground sign, and shall be clearly visible to passing motorists. 13) The .ground sign shall be modified to be a monument sign with a maximum height of six feet and a setback of approximately four feet from the sidewalk on Stevens Creek Boulevard.
