TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN PROGRAM AND. BUILDING
COLORS FOR A SERVICE STATION

FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The sign program is consistent with the provisions of Sections
17.24.290 and 17.28.120 of the Municipal Code.
2) The ground sign is consistent with the provisions of Section 17.24.080
of the Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:

1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval committee conditions to the
• extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based on sign exhibits dated June 12 and May 24,
1989 of Application ASAC 51,854.1, except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) The location of the freestanding sign shall be approved by the
traffic engineer.
11) The address shall be included on the building or the monument sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 1989 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State
of California, by the following roll call vote:
