Carson (First Interstate Realty) PROPERTY OWNER: Berland, Inc./Pat Anninger APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 21730 Stevens Creek Blvd., #101 PROTECT LOCATION: Same FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard . to this application: 1) The proposed ground sign is consistent with the Monta Vista Design Guidelines. 2) The proposed ground sign is consistent with Section 17.28.120 of the Municipal Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent. that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
