The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The stack, -Is a necessary element of the control system for hydrocarbon
emissions and,will,be beneficial to the environment.
2. The stack,'is' being ''installed in response to requirements of the Bay
Area Air Quality'MAement District.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein: In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Exhibits dated June 28, 1989 of
Application ASAC-51,845.2 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
