PROJECT LOCATION: South side of Stevens Creek Boulevard, west of
Blaney Avenue
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The proposed wall sign is consistent with the provisions of Sections
17.24.050 and 17.24.060 of the Municipal Code.
2. The new sign will replace an existing nonconforming sign which will
improve the Stevens Creek Boulevard frontage.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to
the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions
listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions
listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Sign Exhibits revised July 12, 1989
of Application ASAC-51,866.1 except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of August, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Comnnittee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
