The Architectural and Site Approval Ccmunittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The proposed sign is generally consistent with the limitations
prescribed for industrial use districts as defined in Title XVII of
the Municipal Code.
2) The location of the monument meets the spirit and intent of the sign
setback policy.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Co¢mnittee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based on sign exhibits dated October 4, 1989 of
Application ASAC 51,879.1, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
