FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds. as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The relocation of the utility equipment is necessary for the, operation
of Building 4 in lieu of Buildings 1, 2 and 3 which were damaged in
the October 17th earthquake.
2) The concrete block wall will effectively screen the equipment and will
provide adequate noise control.
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based on Sheets M-O through M-2 and P-1 dated
November 6, 1989 of ASAC 51,881.1, except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) The mechanical equipment and screen wall shall be removed within 18
months. A use permit application must be filed if it becomes
necessary to keep the equipment in the new location longer than 18
months.
11) The screen wall shall be painted to match the building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
State of California, by the following roll call vote:
