FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Cam ittee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1) The revised sign program is generally consistent with the limitations
prescribed for commercial use districts as defined in Title XVII of
the Municipal Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) This approval is based on sign exhibit dated October 16, 1989 of
Application ASAC 51,725.2, except as may be,amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) No additional signs may be installed without first receiving approval
from the Architectural and Site Approval Committee.
11) Any temporary signs or banners must be approved by the Planning
Department prior to displaying them.
12) All existing neon signs shall be removed from the eastern elevation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1989 at a regular meeting of
the Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino,
