CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) This approval is based on sign exhibit dated October 16, 1989 of Application ASAC 51,725.2, except as may be,amended by conditions enumerated herein. 10) No additional signs may be installed without first receiving approval from the Architectural and Site Approval Committee. 11) Any temporary signs or banners must be approved by the Planning Department prior to displaying them. 12) All existing neon signs shall be removed from the eastern elevation.
