The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard
to this application:
1. The monument sign is generally consistent if the limitations
prescribed for service stations as defined in the XVII of the Muni
Code.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
® 9) The approval is based upon the Project Exhibits 1 and 2 of
Application ASAC 51,809.2 except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
10) Exhibit A, not approved. The existing monument sign height shall not
be increased.
11) No signs shall be placed within the public right -of --way or within the
sight distance triangles for driveways or corners.
12) The approved signs for the service station include the following:
a) One existing monument sign on Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road.
b) Two building mounted identification signs. One located on east
building face (along Saratoga -Sunnyvale Road), and one at entrance
to mini mart. All other building mounted signs, window advertising
signs, and light standard signs to be removed prior to or
concurrent with installation of signs authorized under this
Resolution No. 1510.
13) Light standard proposed on Exhibit B was not approved.
14) Applicants option to add building stripping.
