OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DENING A MODIFICATION TO A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SIGN
PROGRAM TO ALLOW TWO MONUMENT SIGNS AT AN EXISTING BANK BUILDING.

PROJECT LOCATION: South side of Stevens Creek Blvd. approximately 200 ft. West of Finch Ave.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application:
1) That the proposed monument signs do not conform with Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
2) That denial of this application will not cause practical difficulties, unnecessary hardships, or inconsistencies with
the purpose and intent of Title 17 of the Cupertino Municipal Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of December, 1992 at a regular meeting of the Architectural and Site
Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following roll call vote:
