Reso 1706RESOLUTION NO. 1706 30-ASAC-92 OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OFTO ADD THREE ATM'S TO AN EXISTING BANK LOCATION. APPLICANT: Bank of America PROPERTY OWNER: Bank of America APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 19376 Stevens Creek Blvd. PROJECT LOCATION: 19376 Stevens Creek Blvd. FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the approval of the ATM's is subject to approval from the Santa Clara Co. Sherffs Dept. 2) That the new location of the ATM's will not have any significant affect on the appearance of the building. 3) That the amount of lighting is consistent with the State Finance Code. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is based on site plan and ATM details (3 sheets) dated September 22, 1992, except as may be amended by the special conditions enumerated herein. 10) Prior to issuance of building permits the applicant shall obtain approval from the Santa Clara County Sheriff s Department. 11) All parking lot lighting fixtures shall be cut off type fixtures so to minimize off site light intrusion.
