OF THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TWO NEW AUTOMATIC TELLER
MACHINES FOR AN EXISTING BANK.

APPLICANT'S ADDRESS: 20563 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino
PROJECT LOCATION: North side of Stevens Creek Blvd, approximately 150 ft. East of
Bandley Dr.
FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application:
1) That the two new ATMs will not be a detriment to the architectural character of the building.
2) That the two new ATMs will not cause any increased risk of personal safety to users.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do
not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific
conditions listed herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon ATM Plan Set of application 25-ASAC-92, and lighting
compliance letter dated September 4, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of September, 1992 at a regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
