APPLICANT: California Sign Co. PROPERTY OWNER: Cali Financial Management Co. ADDRESS: 10497 South DeAnza Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014 PROTECT IOCATTON: 10385 S. DeAnza Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014 FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Cammittee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the new sign colors are not obtrusive and correspond to the building colors. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Ca mittee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed herein shall prevail. 9) The approval is bsaed upon sign elevation criteria dated April 6, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein. ® 10) The address numbers shall be added to the monument sign post. 11) The green palm trees on the signs are not approved as part of this application.
