APPLICANT: Rendezvous Cafe' PROPERTY OWNER: Cali Financial Management Co. ADDRESS: 10497 South De Anza Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014 PROJECT LOCATION: 10385 S. De Anza Blvd., Cupertino, CA 95014 FINDINGS: The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to this application: 1) That the awning above the door enhances the appearance of the building. CONDITIONS: 1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed herein.
