FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the awning above the door enhances the appearance of the building.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon building elevation criteria dated April 5,
1992, except as may be amended by conditions enumerated herein.
10) The awaning shall be black.

Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
