FINDINGS:
The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the architectural and color modifications will enhance the apparance
of the building.
2) That the landscaping planting palette meet the requirements of the
Xeriscape Guidelines.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon Xeriscape Certification dated April 21,
is 1992,
Lighting Specifications, Lighting Contour Plan dated April 1,
1992, Building Plan dated April 20, 1992, Site Plan, Landscaping Plan,
and elevations dated April 1, 1992, except as may be amended by
conditions enumerated herein.
10) The light fixtures shall be Metal Halide rather than High Pressure
Sodium.
11) The final irrigation plan shall be certified for compliance with the
Xeriscape Guidelines with final review by staff.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1992 at the regular meeting of the
Architectural and Site Approval Committee of the City of Cupertino, State of
California, by the following roll call vote:
