The Architectural and Site Approval Committee finds as follows with regard to
this application:
1) That the duplex addition meets all requirements of Ordinance 575 regulating
Residential duplexes.
CONDITIONS:
1-8) Standard Architectural and Site Approval Committee conditions to the
extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions listed
herein. In the event of conflict, the specific conditions listed
herein shall prevail.
9) The approval is based upon site plan and building elevations (2
sheets) dated October 16, 1992, except as may be amended by conditions
enumerated herein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1992 at the regular meeting of the
